This is my third car I have purchased from St Michael's Garage over the years. Would Highly recommend them.

I visited St Michaels Garage as I had arranged a test drive in a particular make of car that I had managed to source as being available with them. I made email contact to arrange the test drive and was responded to in a very professional and courteous manner and was able to arrange a test drive to fit with my availability. Upon arrival I was greeted by Terry, who presented the car in an immaculate condition and after providing the required evidence to take the vehicle on a test drive, was able to do just that. The car drove beautifully and I was very impressed. My reason for trading in my current vehicle was sensitive and Terry was very understanding to my tearful explanation. For reasons not apparent to me at the time, I decided against the car I had test driven, but was given ample time and opportunity to look around similar vehicles, unhindered, with the offer for any help that I may required whilst doing so. This approach, was for me, so valuable and welcomed, given the reason for changing my vehicle. Ultimately, I became the proud owner of the original vehicle that I test drove the following Tuesday, after excellent customer service skills provided by both Terry and Steve. I cannot recommend this Garage highly enough and should I ever need to contact them, if there were any issues with the car, I have no doubt that the service would be as professional as it has been since my first contact with them.

What an amazing service we had when we travelled from Chichester to view a car we had seen on Pistonheads. A really caring family run business where nothing absolutely nothing was too much trouble. We both feel we have made friends not just sold and bought a car will definitely be putting Graham James and Rosie on our Christmas card list, well done guys sorry I couldn't remember the young lads name! A very good experience. They have a good selection of well chosen stock sensibly priced. Moreover the service was brilliant, clear, helpful and courteous as well as very accomodating of our 2 children. The car was prepared as promised and well before the agreed collection time. Overall a really great experience and have already recommended to other members of our family.

With the current market as it is, we looked around, went to some larger dealerships and came running back to St Michaels for our 5th purchase from them. No hidden extra charges, admin fees, expensive additional warranties, scratch guards to boost the salesman's wage, just a honest vehicle to purchase. New service and MOT included in the ticket price. Three new tyres also put on as they had less than 6 months wear on them. 100 % trust them to sell good quality cars, no quibble warranty although we have never needed to test that, speaks for itself. Very happy customer.

I bought my DS3 from St Michaels, excellent service, they went above and beyond with attention to details ensuring everything was covered on collection of my car, I literally had to drive it away. Love love love my car!! Thank you

Absolutely love my new car and had a great experience during the purchase. This is a proper customer focused and friendly garage. Not pushy at all (which you often get with main dealers). Exercellent service from start to finish. Part exchanged my Vauxhall Astra which was valued more than what we buy any car offered. Kindly refitted my dash cam as part of the service. thank you

We were little apprehensive about going to a garage to buy a car having not done it for many years and the whole experience was brilliant from the beginning to the end. There was no heavy sales push. The team are brilliant especially Lorne, who was really helpful & professional and then went out of his way to let us test drive two cars and spent a lot of time with us explaining many of the things that we didn’t know. We have no hesitation in recommending them to anybody who is searching for a car; the spec of the cars were brilliant.

Recently purchased a Mini Countryman from St Michaels I contacted them via their enquiry form and got a reply by the following morning (even though they were closed) then received a call from Graham first thing Monday morning and was able to book an appointment for that afternoon! The whole process was so easy (and no pushy sales tactics at all) I was offered a fair price for my part exchange and was able to collect the new car that Saturday! I would happily go back to them in the future and recommend them to friends and family. Thank you Graham!

I purchased a car from St Michaels Garage. Very pleased with the car. Steve was very helpful and went out of his way to help, there was no pushy salesman business. He just let you take your time to look over the car whilst he said, I will be in the office if you need anything. I said please stay with me as I may have questions to ask you. We found St. Michael's Garage, who are 50 miles from our home, because they had a car that matched what I was looking for (an Audi A5 cabriolet). The journey was worthwhile and we bought the car (three weeks ago, so I can't comment on issue resolution). The price was reasonable, as was the trade-in for our previous car. Straightforward, knowledgeable and pleasant service, we would definitely recommend St. Michael's Garage.
