Fantastic customer service, from the minute you start looking at cars through to the after sales care and servicing, everyone is so helpful. The customer really does come first at this garage and it's always a pleasure. I have bought many cars from St. Michaels Garage in Sittingbourne over the years. In the last 3 months my wife and I have both purchased a car. I would highly recommend them to any one. Its always a pleasure to deal with Grahame and David. They always give me a good trade in price for my cars. I find they are exceptionally good at answering any questions and queries one has, and if you should encounter a problem they are always happy to rectify.

Recently bought a used car from St. Michael's Garage and was worried about not being able to fully inspect the car due to covid restrictions although I was given various assurances with regard to resolving any problems or wanting to return the car. Why did I worry?! All queries I raised prior to buying the car were dealt with extremely quickly and to my complete satisfaction. Excellent and professional service from start to finish and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

Brilliant service customer service when I recently bought my Ford Ka from here. Unfortunately I needed to get a car at the start of lockdown so everywhere was closed. I emailed Millen Road and they reserved the car saying they would contact me when restrictions were lifted. True to their word James rang me once they were allowed to open again. After test driving the car alone, I bought the car and drove it home the same day. Social distancing and government rules all adhered to. James was very friendly and helpful but I felt under no pressure to buy at all. Had the car 3 months now and very happy with it.I have already recommended this garage to family and friends.

Have just bought 4th car from st micheals, only this time it was different as we were in lockdown, unfortunately because of a recent accident where through no fault of my own my car was
written off, and time was ticking with the courtesy car, so checked on line found a car I liked but it was click & collect , but luckily on visiting and walking round i found the car in question was parked by fence so could get to see it, so got on phone paid my deposit and was treated with respect, helpful polite friendly attitude.. and the ball was rolling and It was arranged for me to collect my car 2 days later complete with new mot , new tax, valeted and sparkly ready for the road, and I love her already. Brought BMW X3 in lockdown viewing outside of car on forecourt emailed garage when they were shut, got a quick reply with more info about car. This was followed up with a phone call the next day, they supplied all the info I required we agreed a price over the phone subject to couple items I requested. Picked car up and was left to check out car, sorted payment and drove away very happy. Had follow up call as I requested a paper owners manual which they have sorted. First class service.

Yet again another quality car purchased from the excellent team at st.michaels. Graham the salesman went above and beyond to make the purchase as smooth as possible. Would definitely use again and recommend to anyone  know.

Very pleased with my 68 plate Ford Fiesta Titanium which I bought from St Michaels Garage earlier this month before lockdown 2. Excellent customer service from David.

St Michael's garage have always been a stalwart of our local area. They were my first choice when looking for a quality used car. Polite and respectful service, nothing was too much trouble and I was not rushed or pressured to make a decision. Both Grahame and David spent significant time answering my questions to make sure I was choosing the right car. Purchase was easy and every step explained - they could not have made it easier if they tried. All the cars carried a guarantee but I have never needed to use them as their vehicles have been very well prepared and presented. Furthermore, when a trade-in was necessary the price offered was always very fair. David and Grahame have always been impressive, and I've never felt under any pressure from them. Excellent all round.

Brilliant customer service by Gordon and Graham, friendly and helpful. Got my clio quick and easy without any hassle, unlike vauxhall. Had no issues, but they were happy to help and answer any concerns if I had any. Prefer this garage to main dealer, more genuine and reliable!
