To our dear customers and friends,

In these uncertain times we are of course following the Government’s instructions to close our doors for business. Our customer’s health, staff’s health, the NHS and the nation’s health is the most important thing for us to protect at this time.

So until we receive further instruction we will remain closed. We will still be monitoring and answering emails, messages and website enquiries, should you need to contact us during this time.

As always we are so very grateful to have such loyal and supportive customers, and we are looking forward to opening our doors to you again once we have beaten this virus.

Information For Warranty Customers

CUSTOMERS WITH CURRENT WARRANTIES

PLEASE NOTE: if you have purchased a vehicle from us which is still under our warranty whilst we are closed, and you have any problems with your vehicle you must still ensure you notify us immediately. You can contact us via our website enquiry form here, or by emailing [email protected]. Please do not wait until we reopen to log your issue in case your warranty is out of date by that time.

For essential repairs: working within current Government guidelines, we will ensure your vehicle is assessed/repaired through us as quickly as possible with our approved repairer once you have contacted us.

For non-essential repairs: we will log your issue and assess/repair your vehicle once we have reopened so long as you have notified us whilst your car is still in warranty with us.
